Elizabeth Balding

Liz is a clinical nurse consultant with the Department of Respiratory Medicine at Princess Margaret Hospital, and has been involved in cystic fibrosis care for the last 20 years. In her role Liz coordinates the inpatient and outpatient services for patients with cystic fibrosis and their families. Liz's primary focus is working with families and facilitating their access to medical care. Liz is studying a Masters degree at Curtin University where she is undertaking a qualitative study to determine the parental response to the early surveillance program.
